To ensure that every guest feels comfortable on the site and to avoid misunderstandings, here are the rules that must be observed.
Check-In & Arrival
Campsite authority lies with the management & staff
The house authority lies with the site management. They can refuse entry to individuals or expel them from the site, especially if it seems necessary for reasons of safety and order. Violations of the house rules will be prosecuted at the discretion of the site management. No refunds will be made for site fees already paid in the event of expulsion.
Keep the entrance clear – Do not stand in front of the barriers
Please keep the access to the campsite clear at all times. Do not stop, wait, or park in front of the barriers. Access for emergency vehicles must always be guaranteed.
Check-In only with official document (ID) for all individuals
Upon arrival, you must present a valid identity card or passport (official document) for yourself and all accompanying travelers, and provide us with a current residential address. If arriving by motor vehicle, you must provide the official license plate number. It is recommended, but voluntary, to provide your mobile number for urgent contact. The collection of personal data occurs only in accordance with legal requirements and is not for advertising purposes.
Teenagers over 16: Camping only with permission from parents or legal guardians
Teenagers over 16 years old require a written permission statement from a guardian to stay overnight without them. An alcohol ban applies to minors without guardians on the site.
Children under 16: Overnight stay only with a adult
Children under 16 years old are not allowed to stay overnight without a adult.
Check-out & Departure
Check-Out Camping: by 11:30 AM
On the day of departure, the pitch must be completely cleared by 11:30 AM at the latest and free of debris, trash, pegs, hooks, and any other securing elements in or on the ground – subsequent users will appreciate finding a clean pitch.. If the camping pitch is not vacated in time, we will have to charge an additional overnight fee.
Check-Out Rental Accommodation: by 10:00 AM
To prepare for following guests, rental objects (cabins, barrels) must be vacated by 10:00 AM. Please check out at the reception in good time on the day of departure. If the rental object is not vacated in time, we will have to charge an additional overnight fee. Please leave your pitch in a condition that following guests can use immediately.
Quiet Rules
Avoid noise: Do not disturb other guests
To provide all guests with an enjoyable and disturbance-free stay, please avoid disturbing noise. Electronic devices, such as radios and televisions, should be set so as not to disturb others. Loud conversations are prohibited during quiet hours.
Quiet hours are from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM.
During this time, driving on the site with motor vehicles is generally prohibited. The use of single-track, motor-driven vehicles including quads and e-scooters is banned throughout the campsite.
Nighttime quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
During this time, driving on the site with motor vehicles is generally prohibited. The use of single-track, motor-driven vehicles including quads and e-scooters is banned throughout the campsite. Loud conversations, loud music, and loud electronic devices are prohibited during nighttime quiet hours.
Use of the Site
Setting up and parking: Use only your own pitch
Parking and setting up of caravans, motorhomes, awnings, and tents, as well as boats and water sports equipment, must be done on the designated pitches. Pitches for caravans/motorhomes are to be parked in rows on the gravel areas. Assignments are made at the direction of the site management.
No digging trenches, avoid or mark tripping hazards
It is not permitted to dig trenches or enclose pitches. Ensure that there is no danger from tent pegs and securing lines; these may only be anchored on the assigned pitch and must be marked if necessary. In heavy rainfall, puddles may form; this is natural and beyond our responsibility.
Driving on the site: Only for loading and unloading (not allowed for the tent area)
Driving on the site is only permitted for loading and unloading and for setting up caravans. Entry into the tent area is not permitted.
Driving on the site: Always at walking speed. Not allowed during quiet hours

Boats in the shoreline area: Only with permission from site management
Boats may only be stored in the shoreline area with the consent of the site management.
Sanitary Facilities
Keep the sanitary facilities clean
The sanitary facilities should be treated with care. Please leave them as you found them. We kindly ask you to report any hygienic complaints or damages to the facilities immediately to the site management
Young children only when accompanied
Young children may only use the sanitary and toilet facilities when accompanied by an adult. Please note that we provide sanitary facilities adapted to the needs of young children.
Environmental Protection
Do not take plants and animals or cut branches!
Our campsite is located in a unique natural landscape and is surrounded by a nature reserve. Accordingly, the area is under nature and landscape protection.
Tearing down or cutting branches from trees and shrubs is prohibited, as is picking flowers and plants. If you are disturbed by hanging or overhanging branches, please inform the site management
Dispose of wastewater and trash properly
Trash, waste, and wastewater (grey water, dirty water, sewage) must be disposed of at the designated collection points. You will find the waste collection station in front of the entrance barrier, and the wastewater disposal stations in front of the wash house and the entrance barrier. In the access area before the barrier, you will find a waste collection point with containers for glass, cans, paper, yellow bag/dual system, organic waste, and residual waste containers.
Disposal of trash, waste, and wastewater outside of designated collection points is prohibited.
No open fire /restrictions on charcoal grills
Open fires are not allowed, including fire baskets and disposable grills. During periods of severe drought, the site management may prohibit grilling with charcoal.
Pets
Dogs: Leash requirement and registration requirement
Dogs and pets are allowed on the campsite but must be registered and kept on a leash at all times.
Pets: Not allowed in bathing areas, tent areas, and rental accommodations
Out of consideration for other visitors, dogs and other pets are not permitted in the bathing area at the beach and in the water. Pets are not allowed in the tent area.
Expulsion for noise, pollution, or danger caused by pets
In special cases, such as noise disturbance, behavioral issues, or pollution, the site management may require the animals to be removed from the site.
Bathing Area and Playground
Use of bathing area at your own risk. Parents have a duty of supervision.
Swimming in the lake is at your own risk.
Use of playground at your own risk. Parents have a duty of supervision.
The use of the play equipment and playground is at your own risk; the playground is available to children up to 14 years of age, with parents advised to supervise.
Storm warning: Exclude dangers.
In the event of a storm warning, special legal regulations regarding water sports and fishing apply.
Commercial Use
Commercial use only with permission
Commercial special use only with permission Merchants and businesses are prohibited from conducting business on the site. Exceptions are decided by the site management upon request. The business prohibition also applies to other commercial services. Advertising materials may only be distributed in business premises with permission. Unauthorized commercial use of the campsite for trade and advertising purposes, including the distribution of brochures, flyers, posters, or through advertising presentations, will be pursued legally and constitutes a violation of the right of house.

We ask for your understanding that we only accept liability for damages caused by the fault of the site management and operators.
We are not liable for damages caused within the responsibility of campsite users and their visitors.
We assume no liability for lost property or damage caused by fire, water, storm, or accidents and injuries of any kind. This also applies to boat or surfboard accidents.
Furthermore, the disclaimers do not apply to damages resulting from the violation of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties). Essential contractual obligations are those whose fulfillment is necessary to achieve the goal of the contract.
In the event of a violation of essential contractual obligations, we are only liable for the typical, foreseeable damage if it was caused by simple negligence, unless it involves the customer’s claims for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.
