Service times
(1) The reception is open daily from at least 9.30 am to 7 pm
(2) Lunch break is from 12.30 to 14.00.
(3) Night rest is from 22:00 to 8:00.
Prices, service charge
(1) The current price list on the homepage at the time of booking applies.
(2) We charge a processing fee of € 100.00 for binding bookings. This is due for payment within 3 days of confirmation of your booking. The processing fee is to be paid in any case before the stay. The processing fee will be deducted from the pitch fees. A rebooking for the same calendar year is possible up to 14 days before arrival. Without exception, there is no entitlement to a refund in the event that the stay is not taken up. We ask for your understanding that no pitch requests can be promised.
Registration
(1) The site management has the right of admission. It may refuse to admit persons or expel them from the site, in particular if this appears necessary for reasons of safety and order. Violations of domiciliary rights will be prosecuted at the discretion of the site management. In the event of expulsion, there will be no refund of pitch fees already paid.
(2) On arrival, please identify yourself and all fellow travellers by presenting a valid identity card or passport (official document) and provide us with a current residential address. If you are travelling by car, please state the registration number of the vehicle you are travelling in. We recommend that you provide your mobile phone number so that we can contact you in urgent cases, but this is voluntary. The collection of personal data is only carried out on the basis of legal requirements and is not for advertising purposes.
(3) Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to stay overnight without a parent or guardian. Young people over the age of 16 require a declaration of authorisation with a declaration of assumption of liability from a parent or legal guardian to be submitted upon registration for overnight stays without a parent or legal guardian. Alcohol is prohibited on the site for young people without a parent or guardian.
Pitch use, vehicles (including boats)
(1) Caravans, mobile homes, awnings and camping tents may be parked and set up on the designated pitches. Pitches for caravans/caravans are to be parked in rows on the gravelled pitches. Allocation is by order of the site management.
(2) It is not permitted to dig trenches or enclose pitches. Ensure that there is no danger from tent pegs and safety lines; these may only be anchored on the allocated pitch and must be clearly marked if necessary. In the event of heavy rainfall, puddles may form – this is natural and is not our responsibility.
(3) Driving onto the site is only permitted for the purpose of loading and unloading and for setting up caravans. It is not permitted to drive onto the tent meadow.
(4) Walking speed applies. Motorised vehicles are generally prohibited on the site during quiet periods and at night. Driving on the campsite with single-track, motorised vehicles including quads and electric scooters is prohibited on the entire campsite.
(5) In order to offer all guests a trouble-free and pleasant stay, please avoid disturbing noise. Electronic entertainment devices, e.g. radio, television, should be set so that they do not disturb others. Loud conversations are prohibited during the night.
(6) Boats may only be stored on the waterfront with the permission of the site management.
Sanitary facilities
The sanitary facilities must be treated with care. Please leave them as you found them. Please report any hygiene complaints or damage to the facilities to the site management immediately. Small children may only use the sanitary and toilet facilities when accompanied by an adult. Please also note that we have sanitary facilities specially adapted to the needs of small children.
Departure
(1) On the day of departure, the pitch must be completely cleared of rubbish, rubbish, pegs, pegs and other securing elements placed in or on the ground by 11.30 a.m. at the latest – subsequent users will be pleased to find a clean pitch.
(2) Due to the preparation for subsequent guests, the rental objects (huts, barrels) must be vacated by 10:00 am. On the day of cancellation, please check out at the reception desk in good time. In the event that the pitch, tent site or rental property is not vacated on time, we will have to charge an additional overnight fee. Please leave your pitch in such a way that subsequent users can use it immediately.
Nature and environmental protection, waste disposal, waste water
(1) Our campsite is located in the middle of a unique natural landscape and is surrounded by a nature reserve. Accordingly, the site is under nature and landscape protection. It is therefore forbidden to tear off or cut branches from trees and bushes or to pick flowers and plants. If you feel disturbed by hanging or protruding branches, please report this to the site management.
(2) Rubbish, waste and waste water (grey water, dirty water, waste water) must be disposed of at the designated collection points. The waste collection station is located in front of the access barrier, the waste water disposal stations are located in front of the wash house and the access barrier. In the access area in front of the barrier you will find a waste collection point with recycling bins for used glass, used cans, used paper, yellow bag/dual system, organic waste and a residual waste container. The disposal of rubbish, waste and waste water outside the designated collection points is prohibited.
(3) Open fires may not be lit; this also applies to barbecue baskets and disposable barbecues. In times of severe drought, the site management may prohibit barbecuing with charcoal.
Rules for handling pets, compulsory registration and use of a lead
(1) Dogs and pets are permitted on the campsite, but must be registered and must always be kept on a lead.
(2) Out of consideration for other visitors, dogs are not permitted in the bathing area in the lido and in the water. Dogs are not permitted on the tent meadow.
(3) In special cases, e.g. noise nuisance, behavioural problems, soiling, the site management may demand that the animals be removed from the site.
Bathing instructions, use of the playground
(1) Swimming in the lake is at your own risk.
(2) Use of the play equipment and the playground is at your own risk; the playground is available to children up to the age of 14, whereby parents must ensure supervision.
(3) In the event of a storm warning, the special legal provisions relating to water sports and fishing apply.
Special commercial use
Traders and businesses are prohibited from conducting business on the site. The site management will decide on exceptions on request. The commercial ban also applies to other commercial services. Advertising material may only be displayed in the business premises with authorisation. Unlawful commercial use of the campsite for trade and advertising purposes, including the distribution of brochures, flyers, posters or promotional performances, will be prosecuted under compensation law and constitutes a breach of the house rules.
Exclusion of liability
We ask for your understanding that we only accept liability for damage caused by the site management and site operator. We are not liable for damage caused by campsite users and their visitors. We accept no liability for lost property or damage caused by fire, water or storms or for accidents and injuries of any kind. This also applies to boat or surfboard accidents.
None of the aforementioned exclusions of liability apply to damage caused by wilful or grossly negligent action or wilful or grossly negligent breach of legal obligations on the part of the campsite operator, its representatives or its staff and vicarious agents. This does not imply an exclusion or limitation of liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health due to a negligent breach of duty by the lessor or an intentional or negligent breach of duty by his legal representative or vicarious agent.
